Mentor Eligibility Criteria

Must have a current, approved subcontracting plan with the DoD or other Federal Agency
DoD contracts and subcontracts equal to greater than $25 million during the previous fiscal year
Demonstrate the ability to assist in the development of Protégé firms
Must meet additional statutory requirements outlined in: 10 U.S.C. § 4902andDFARS Appendix I-102(A)

Protégé Eligibility Criteria

Must not be owned or managed by individuals or entities that directly or indirectly have stock options or convertible securities in the mentor firm
Must meet additional statutory requirements outlined in:10 U.S.C. § 4902and DFARS Appendix 1-102(B)
