This morning, the U.S. Secretary of Defense thanked the patriots of the defense industrial base for keeping critical supply chains operating throughout COVID-19. Your dedication and sacrifice has allowed us to carry out our national security mission. “We recognize that small business is the foundation of innovation and creativity in our Industrial Base, making up nearly 75 percent of DoD’s prime contractors. And, of the roughly 1.6 million private sector jobs that support national defense, approximately 45 percent belong to small businesses. Rest assured that we will continue to do everything in our power to assist you, every step of the way.” https://twitter.com/i/status/1284125709724717066

I AM A SMALL BUSINESS AND WOULD LIKE TO REPORT A CHANGE IN OPERATIONS DUE TO COVID-19.

The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) is monitoring changes to the status of operations within the defense industrial base.  Please email DCMA at dcma.lee.hq.mbx.covid19-industry-inquiry-inbox@mail.mil to report any specific operational impacts to better inform our mission.  Please include the name of the company; location and/or mailing address; CAGE code (if known); government programs potentially impacted; description of impact (e.g., closure, production degradation, etc.); and an appropriate point of contact for follow-ups.

I AM A SMALL BUSINESS AND WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A COVID-19 INQUIRY THAT IS NOT AN OPERATIONAL CHANGE.

Inquiries that are unrelated to operational changes, but are connected to COVID-19 impacts on the defense industrial base should be directed to the Office of Industrial Policy at osd.pentagon.ousd-a-s.mbx.covid-19-industry@mail.mil.
